What are the effects of it being there? The effects of it being there is that the Philippines trades their sources with other countries so they get more resources.
How is it changing over time? Should it be like this? The buildings in Vigan were becoming more modern by the end of the 17th century. Yes it should because if you didn't would have a weak house.
What action is appropriate? The appropriate action is that they should not change the buildings because it has a lot of history behind it.
